You are always welcome to visit the school and have an informal discussion with or without your child. This can be done with a prior appointment. A meeting can also be arranged with the Principal or any other faculty member that you may wish to see.

• Sarvanaman Vidya Mandir admits qualified girl applicants of any race, religion or national origin, the admission being subject to the availability of seats.
• While applying, the parents should understand that the decision regarding the admission will be finalized by the admission committee.
• Minimum age of the student as on 31st May for class 1 is 6+ years and correspondingly for other classes. (Exceptions to this policy may be decided at the discretion of the admission committee.)

• The Application Form and prospectus can be obtained from the school office.
• Submit the duly completed application form along with the documents as mentioned below to the school office. Alternatively the application for admission may be mailed to the school office on info@sarvanaman.org.
• Upon receipt of the completed application form, parents will be invited for personal interaction along with child.
• Admission will be granted if the child is found suitable for admission and medically fit to be a resident student.
• The admission of the child will be approved once the formalities are complied with.

• » Report card of the last three years.
• 2 passport size color photographs. (Recent photographs, taken within the past three months).
• Medical form duly filled in by a registered medical practitioner.
• Attested copy of birth certificate for admission to class 1 and the Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (in original) for class 2 and above.
• Copy of Passport (in case of foreign nationals)
• Foreign nationals will have to submit necessary clearance from government authorities.

Overseas Applicants should follow the same procedure as detailed above. If the student is unable to attend the personal interaction, it can be done telephonically. Alternatively a provisional admission can be made with an understanding that the child’s physibility shall be reviewed upon the arrival of the student in school. In case the child is not found to be academically fit or physically fit the admission may stand cancelled.

The school admissions committee reserves full authority for decision regarding admission. We respect the faith that the parents put in us.
